Eating and drinking at Nasafi
In the morning, coffee and rusks are available as free self service. This is to cater for those not doing breakfast at their respective place of accommodation.
During the day, normal food and drink are for sale at the clubhouse. This is like Hamburgers, hotdogs, etc.
In the evenings, we usually run a set menu at around R 160 per head (to be confirmed) and the food is selected to cater to all people. It includes local food such as Lamb Tjops to make sure all can appreciate true Namaqualand hospitality.
The set menu for dinner during previous years included:
- Fish and chips
- Skaap potjie with potbrood
- Steak and chips Chips
- Skaap boud on the spit
- Home made Hamburgers
The only advice we can give based on passed experiences – come hungry!
On the other informal evenings braaipacks are available for braai at the club house.
